APLIKASI METODE RECIPROCAL TEACHING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS TEKS JURNALISTIK BAHASA PERANCIS BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji secara empiris seberapa besar efektivitas dari aplikasi metode pembelajaran Reciprocal teaching dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks jurnalistik bahasa Perancis mahasiswa, dan memperoleh data perihal kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran menulis teks jurnalistik bahasa Perancis.  Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode praeksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test design. Analisis data statistik yang digunakan yaitu student’s t statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) metode pembelajaran Reciprocal teaching telah terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menulis teks jurnalistik bahasa Perancis, dan kendala-kendala yang ditemui mahasiswa di antaranya adalah kurangnya perbendaharaan kata terkait tema-tema yang diulas dalam teks jurnalistik yang dikaji, kurangnya pemahaman terkait istilah-istilah jurnalistik (terme journalistique) sehingga menyulitkan mereka dalam menulis teks bahasa Perancis, dan, kekurangpahaman terhadap tata bahasa yang harus dikuasai pada level tertentu, khususnya pada level A2 DELF.

Abstract: This study attempt to analyze the implementation of reciprocal teaching method based on local wisdom that is appropriate and effective for writing a journalistic text (article de presse). The aims of this study was to investigate the assessment empirically about how much the effectiveness of the method reciprocal teaching in teaching writing journalistic texts in French, and obtaining the data concerning the obstacles faced by the learners during the learning process. In practice, this research use pre-experiment method and one group pre-test and post-test design. For analyzing the research data, researcher use student’s t statistic. The results showed that the method of reciprocal teaching has been proven effective in improving students' skills in writing texts journalistic French, and the problems found by students include lack of vocabulary related to the theme reviewed in journalistic texts; lack of understanding related to the terms of journalistic, and; lack of understanding of the grammar that must be controlled at certain levels, especially for the level A2 of DELF.
