ANALISIS TINGKAT PENGUNGKAPAN KONTEN DARI WEBSITE HOTEL BINTANG 5 DI INDONESIA
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat pengungkapan konten informasi yang ada pada website hotel bintang 5 di Indonesia. Metode yang diaplikasikan untuk mengukur tingkat pengungkapan pada halaman website hotel adalah dengan metode analisis konten. Kemudian analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan hasil dari pengukuran tingkat pengungkapan konten informasi pada analisis konten. 30 website hotel bintang 5 di Indonesia dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis informasi yang paling banyak dimuat pada halaman website hotel secara berturut-turut adalah informasi terkait reservasi hotel, informasi terkait fasilitas yang dimiliki hotel, informasi mengenai kontak yang dapat dihubungi oleh calon pelanggan, dan informasi mengenai area di sekitar hotel. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para manajer hotel untuk meningkatkan jumlah informasi yang dapat dimuat pada halaman website hotel agar calon pelanggan mendapatkan informasi selengkap-lengkapnya untuk meningkatkan intensitas pemesanan.

Abstract: This study measured the level of disclosure of the content of information on the 5 star hotels website in Indonesia. The method applied to measure the level of disclosure on hotel website page is content analysis method. After that, the descriptive statistical analysis is used to explain the results of measurements of disclosure of information content. 30 website of 5 star hotels in Indonesia was used as a sample in this study. The results showed that the type of information that is most heavily loaded on hotel web pages prosecutively is information related to hotel reservations, information related to facilities owned by the hotel, contact information which can be contacted by potential customers, and information about the surrounding area around the hotel. This research is expected to help hotel managers to increase the amount of information that can be published on the hotel website so that potential customers get the fullest information to improve the intention of booking.
